18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males or females aged between 18-60 years; normal weight(BMI 18.5~23.9); Mild-to-moderate physical activity; signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women; allergic constitution or lactose intolerance; combined severe heart, liver, renal and hematopoietic system illnesses; psychopath; Metabolic disease and family history of diabetes lineal relative; gastrointestinal disorders and taking any medicines during the past 2 weeks which would affect the determination of study results; not following the rules to consume test foods or with incomplete profile which would affect judging the efficacy of test foods.
