18 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: posterolateral tibial plateau fracture as revealed by computed tomography (CT) examination; treatment with open reduction and internal fixation via the trans-supra-fibular-head approach using our plate; and completed all postoperative follow-up examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a step-off of <3 mm in a lateral tibial plateau fracture [19], fractures with established compartment syndrome, open fractures, and pathological fractures were excluded.
