18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with frontal gliomas on MRI; 2. Patients aged 18-60 years without serious disease history; 3. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who could not cooperate with preoperative neurocognitive assessment and preoperative functional MRI; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Patients with history of hydrocephalus, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Patients with epilepsy and history of taking antiepileptic drugs; 5. Patients who had taken sedatives or analgesics within 24 hours of the start of the study; 6. Drug and alcohol abuse patients; 7. Perinatal and lactating patients; 8. Patients with recurrent intracranial tumors; 9. Patients with multiple intracranial tumors; 10. Surgical patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 11. Patients with claustrophobia.
