Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing elective surgery in neonatal surgery; 2. Children with gestational weeks > 36 weeks and birth weight > 2500g; 3. Children whose operation time is longer than 2 hours (such as esophageal atresia, intestinal obstruction, etc.), 4. Patients who voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious congenital diseases; 2. Patients with metabolic diseases and endocrine diseases; 3. Patients with abnormal blood glucose.
