18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective spinal surgery; 2. The surgical position is prone; 3. Patients under tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 4. The age is greater than 18 years old; 5. Apfel adult PONV risk score >=2 points; 6. Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with craniocerebral trauma, increased intracranial pressure, and history of cerebrovascular disease; 2. Patients with a history of eye diseases; 3. Those who cannot understand the nausea VAS score and cooperate with the appraisers; 4. Surgery in supine position; 5. Emergency spinal surgery patients; 6. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
