Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is informed and approved by the hospital ethics committee; 2. Knee osteoarthritis was diagnosed; 3. Total knee replacement surgery is proposed; 4. Ages 18-79 years; 5. ASA class I~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of knee joint trauma, surgery, malignant tumor, lower limb nerve or muscle disease; 2. Serious basic diseases, such as heart, liver, lung, kidney, brain and other organ dysfunction and abnormal coagulation function; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Cognitive impairment, unable to complete the scores, tests.
