Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Osteosarcoma patients with bone metastasis or lung metastasis after first-line cheomotherapy; 2. Aged >= 4 years old; 3. With measurable lesion; 4. Guardians agree and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had suffered from other tumors; 2. Patients with one or more critical organs failure such as heart, brain, kidney failure.
