Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 and <80 years; 2. Failed to respond to conservative treatment and received primary spinal surgery; 3. Patients can comply with the research requirements and cooperate with the follow-up; 4. Patient are informed and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery for infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, suppurative inflammation; 2. Patients allergic to triclosan coated sutures; 3. Skin diseases that may affect wound healing; 4. Diabetics with poor blood glucose controlfasting plasma glucose (FPG) >= 10.0mmol /L; 5. Immunodeficiency patients.
