20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PGT testing was performed and indicates that an embryo is euploid. 2. Transfer of a single euploid embryo. 3. Women aged 20 to 40 years old. 4. BMI 18-30 kg/m2. 5. Women with regular menses (defined as spontaneous cycle length 21 to 35 days). 6. The first one or two thawed embryo transfer cycle. 7. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Endometrium = 2. 5.Recurrent miscarriage (defined as history of >= 3 consecutive pregnancy loss before gestational week 20). 6.Moderate to severe endometriosis or adenomyosis. 7.Women who cannot tolerate exogenous estrogen and progesterone. 8.Moderate or high smoking (> 5 cigarettes/day).
