Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Included cases were males and females aged 18-75 years. 2. Subjects with adrenal hypertension (including primary aldosteronism, Cushing syndrome, pheochromocytoma) diagnosed in the outpatient or ward of Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism, West China Hospital; 3. Agree to participate in this study and carry out one or more of the above tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are heart diseases or chronic kidney diseases caused by other causes. 2. Female subjects are pregnant (serum/urine hCG positive women with fertility potential) or breastfeeding, or plan to become pregnant before, during or within six months after the study, or plan to donate eggs during that period; 3. Those with metal foreign bodies (such as pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves, etc.); those with aneurysm clips; those with intraocular metal foreign bodies, inner ear implants, metal prostheses, metal prostheses, metal joints, ferromagnetic foreign bodies in vivo); 4. Allergy to contrast media. 5. Severe hepatorenal insufficiency (TB > 171 umol/L, or AST/ALT > 1; CR > 176.8 umol/L).
