Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Cervical squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma or adenosquamous cell carcinoma were confirmed by histopathology; 2) FIGO 2018 stage is IA2~IIA2; 3) The patients have underwent or are gonging to undergo the abdominal radical with pelvic lymphadenectomy in our hospital; 4) The patient received treatment for the first time; 5) The general status score of the eastern tumor cooperative group (ECOG) was 0 or 1 (full score was 5, the higher the score was, the higher the degree of disability); 6) Complete clinical, surgical and pathological data of the patients; 7) Full consent obtained from the patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Dont conform to stage FIGO 2018 IA2-IIA2 or unable to modify the staging according to the 2018 FIGO staging criteria. 2) History of abdominal or pelvic radiotherapy. 3) Evidence of metastatic disease showed by PET-CT, MRI, CT, et al. 4) The surgeon assesses that the patient is not suitable for abdominal extensive hysterectomy or the patient refuses abdominal surgical treatment. 5) With other malignancies. 6) Absence or partial absence of clinical, surgical and pathological data of the patients.
