20 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, included age 20 to 35 years; 2. No fertility is more than 12 months; 3. Underwent laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopic surgery; 4. Diagnosis of endometriosis was confirmed by histopathology; 5. BMI18.5-27.9 kg/m2; 6. Regular menstrual cycle with 21-35 days; 7. Good ovrian fuction (antral follicle count = 6 or follicle-stimulating hormone level of 5-10 IU/L or anti-Mullerian hormone level >1.1mg/L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infertility caused by male factor; 2. Infertility caused by hydrosalpinx, oviduct obstruction; 3. Uterine malformation, genital tract obstruction, intrauterine adhesion, submucous myoma, endometrial hyperplasia. 4. Adenomyosis; 5. Combine with polycystic ovarian syndrome or other gynecological endocrine disorders; 6. Known allergic reactions to dydrogesterone and GnRH-a; 7. Participants in other clinical trials.
