Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for total hip arthroplasty; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Aged 45 to 85 years; 4. Body mass index (BMI) < 30; 5. Patients who signed the informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With previous blood system diseases, neurological and mental illness; 2. Patients allergic to local anesthetic (ropivacaine); 3. With infection of injection site; 4. Patients who continue to take painkillers in the near future.
