Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: It is a prospective two-arm parallel non-randomized controlled study in which surgery is compared with deferring surgery for 2 years in patients with spastic knee flexion gait. The patients in deferring surgery group have botulinum toxin injection that is the best current alternative treatment, and they can undergo surgery as request. Subjects are ambulatory diplegic patients with age 7-10 years, who has knee flexion gait with minimum knee flexion angle 20 degrees or more in mid-stance. Forty patients will be allocated to surgery group or deferring surgery group as parents choices.
