No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. reversible cardiac and/or pulmonary failure; 2. without irreversible neurological injury; 3. without ECMO contraindications: uncontrolled bleeding, more than 10 days of mechanical ventilation; 4. the patients agree with ECMO support and transportation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. irreversible cardiac and/or pulmonary failure; 2. brain death; 3. uncontroled bleeding; 4. the patients refuse to receive ECMO.
