Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-79 years; 2. Patients with American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade <= 2 and performance status (PS) score < 2 in the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECoG); 3. Patients with the largest diameter of focus <= 2cm; 4. Patients who participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with hilar / mediastinal lymphadenopathy (short diameter > 1.5cm) and suspected metastasis were indicated by imaging; 2. Patients with infiltrative lung cancer, microemulsion head type or solid type adenocarcinoma and diameter > 10 mm were found by pathology; 3. Those patients whose tumor diameter is more than 10 mm, whose intraoperative frozen pathological examination can not determine whether they are invasive cancer or not; 4. Those patients whose tumor is close to the hilum of lung and cannot ensure enough margin; 5. Patients with lymph node metastasis indicated by intraoperative lymph node sampling in lung, hilus or mediastinum; 6. Patients with previous malignant tumor history; 7. Patients with severe organ dysfunction and high risk of operation.
