Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 1 month and 16 years who underwent cardiothoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have renal insufficiency or need renal replacement therapy before operation: Renal insufficiency is defined as chronic kidney disease, renal insufficiency, decreased glomerular filtration rate or increased creatinine level at baseline. 2. Patients who had a history of using nephrotoxic drugs 7 days before operation; 3. Patients without preoperative and postoperative creatinine data.
