Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Conform the diagnostic criteria of CAP and SCAP in "diagnosis and treatment guidelines for adult community acquired pneumonia of China" (2016 Edition); 3. Chest CTshould be done in pneumonia patients; 4. With the exception of fungus pneumonia, aspiration pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Expect the patients of diabetes, chronic pulmonary disease, severe hypertension, Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cardiac failure, connective tissue disease, chronic renal failure; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Non infectious pulmonary exudative disease; 4. Lung tumor or combined with lung tumor; 5. Transaminase 2 times higher than normal; 6. Special treatment history in recent half a year(Such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, surgery, biotherapy, immunotherapy); 7. Severe allergic disease; 8. infectious diseases in the past 90 days; 9. contraindications of glucocorticoid application.
