Interventions

Group A:Wear ADHF when using eyes at close range (within 1m), lasts for 30 minutes, bid, reexamine after 40days
Group B:Wear traditional frame glasses, reexamination for 40 days

7 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-14 years old; 2. The best corrected visual acuity of single eye >=0.3; 3. Single / double eye equivalent spherical lens degree (-3.75D to + 0.00D); 4. Be able to cooperate to complete reexamination and wear ADHF for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with high astigmatism, severe amblyopia, strabismus, other basic eye diseases, and patients with drug use history that affect the development of myopia or serious systemic diseases
