Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants will be recruited from patients diagnosed of highly suspected BA by experienced senior doctors. Inclusion criteria for this pilot clinical trial: 1. aged 0-3 month infants; 2. Cholangiography confirmed biliary atresia; 3. Normal hematopoietic function; 4. Written informed consent from guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complications: Systemic inflammatory response syndrome or Multisystem malformation; ? Unclear diagnosis of primary disease; ? Unable to obtain parental authorization.
