Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with LSS who have failed regular conservative treatment (mainly with lateral recess type and some unilateral symptoms of central canal type LSS); 2. Patients with adjacent segmental stenosis or stenosis at operation level after lumbar surgery; 3. Responsibility level was <= 2. 4. The patients agree to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar disc herniation; 2. Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis or obvious mechanical segmental instability; 3. Patients with tumor or infectious lumbar LSS.
