Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose blood glucose (blood glucose at any time in one day) was >= 11.1 mmol / L (200 mg / dl) were randomized; 2. Patients with fasting blood glucose (fasting state refers to at least 8 hours without any calorie intake) >= 7.0mmol/l (126 mg / dl); 3. Patients with OGTT 2 h blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol / L (200 mg / dl).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ketoacidosis, macrovascular or microvascular complications; 2. Patients with hypertension; 3. Patients with liver and kidney failure and cirrhosis; 4. Patients with congestive heart failure and other major diseases.
