Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ages from 18 to 75 years, male or female; (2) Splenomegaly and hypersplenism (I)imaging confirmed splenomegaly, (II)PLT <120 x 10^9/ L or history of splenectomy; (3) Hepatocellular carcinoma, BCLC stage A or B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Absence of clinical data; (2) History of organ transplantation; (3) History of other malignancies; (4) Serious organic diseases of the heart, lungs, brain or other organs; (5) Radiological, chemical or immunological therapies before surgery.
