40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Idiopathic PD patients. 2. Presenting with FOG. 3. The medication does not change within 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other severe neurological or psychiatric disorders. 2. History of epilepsy, seizures or convulsions. 3. Patients with any additional cerebral injuries. 4. Metal implantation. 5. Patients cannot be scanned for MRI or cooperated with rTMS and follow up.
