Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with 1 or more chronic diseases; Aged >=60 years; The patient has no mental disorder; Patients have normal ability to understand and hear; Couples who live together for a long time; Live in shapingba district for a long time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The spouse has a mental disorder;The patient's spouse cannot understand hearing and hearing properly;The patient or spouse cannot take care of themselves;The patient or spouse has end-stage multiple organ failure or cachexia, such as respiratory failure (requiring ventilator assisted breathing);The patient or spouse is in the acute stage of disease, such as the acute exacerbation stage of chronic heart failure in acute coronary syndrome and the acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The patient or spouse has a respiratory or contact infectious disease, such as open pulmonary tuberculosis COVID-19, etc.The patient had recently undergone surgery or severe trauma.
