Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients, 65-89 years old; 2. American ASA level I-II; 3. Patients undergoing unilateral open hernia repairt.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with untreated and uncontrolled systemic diseases; 2. Patients with operation site infection; 3. Morbidly obese patients; 4. Patients with a history of drug abuse, use of chronic painkillers, and allergy to local anesthetics; 5. Patients with mental disorders.
