Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The possibility of invasive muscular carcinoma or recurrent, multiple and high non-muscular invasive bladder carcinoma conforming to the indications of radical cystectomy, and the possibility of prostate cancer was excluded. 2. Both men and women, aged 18-75 years. 3. It conforms to the indications of laparoscopic radical cystectomy and ileum in situ cystectomy. 4. ASA I-III, KPS score >= 70, ZPS grade 0-2. 5. Subjects voluntarily participate in the study and have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received abdominal or pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors; 3. Patients who need urethral resection; 4. Patients with distant tumor metastasis and visible tumor in the urethra; 5. Patients with intestinal diseases such as short bowel syndrome and enteric enteropathy; 6. Patients with diaphragmatic hiatal hernia, abdominal wall hernia, abdominal wall muscle relaxation, pelvic floor muscle relaxation Uterine prolapse and other diseases affecting abdominal pressure; 7. Anterior urethral stricture; 8. Stress urinary incontinence or bladder neck suspension; 9. Serious impairment of heart, liver and kidney function (cardiac function grade 3 ~ 4, ALT and / or ast exceeding the upper limit of normal value by more than 3 times, alkaline phosphatase exceeding the upper limit of normal value, Cr exceeding the upper limit of normal value); 10. Other researchers think it is not suitable to participate.
