Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as PJI according to MSIS standard; 2. The result of positive microbial culture or second-generation sequencing is confirmed as pathogenic bacteria by experts; 3. The patients with chronic infection develope after the first replacement for 4 weeks and were not infected by acute blood source; 4. Patients with infection control and two-stage joint revision who were treated with antibiotics (at least 6 weeks) in the first stage after septal implantation; 5. Patients aged >=18 years; 6. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and are physically and mentally resistant to the treatment process and tests of the study, have signed the informed consent, and have passed the review of all hospital ethics committees participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fungal or mycobacterial infection; 2. Patients with multi drug resistant bacteria infection; 3. Patients whose operation plans are changed due to various reasons, such as one-stage joint revision or joint fusion; 4. The patients who are cultured the pathogenic bacteria again during the second operation; 5. Patients with other diseases that may affect the results, such as immune deficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients whose life expectancy is less than half a year; 7. The investigator judges patients who no longer meet the criteria of the study due to compliance issues.
