12 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 12-80 years, no gender restriction; 2. Meeting the DSM-V diagnostic criteria of Post-traumatic stress disorder or major depressive disorder; 3. Education level above elementary school level, can understand the content of interviews and scales; 4. The patient signs the informed consent form; 5. Participants provide contact information, can use mobile phone to receive follow-up reminders and appointments; 6. Permanent Residents of Sichuan Province (unlimited household registration).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CT scan showed any abnormal brain structure; 2. Changes in consciousness, severe pain, respiratory distress, severe hemodynamic changes, and other physical problems, which deter the participants from completing the assessments and biological specimens collecting; 3. Continuous memory loss after trauma > 24 hours.
