18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18-years old and 70-years old; 2.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grade: I or II; 3.Diagnosis of unilateral proximal ureteral calculi and / or renal calculi by CT; 4.The diameter of calculi is less than 20 mm, and the total stone burden less than 360 mm2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with thyroid disease or dysautonomia; 2.Bilateral upper urinary tract stones should be treated simultaneously during the operation; 3.Preoperative fever; 4.Urinary tract infection when included in trial; 5.Hydronephrosis more than 3cm by ultrasound; 6.Ureteral stenosis; 7.During of operation time more than 90 minutes; 8.Imaging examination (KUB or CT) indicated that ureteral stent was displaced or dropped after operation.
