Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. According to the DSM -IV-r (the revised edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disease first IV version): memory and other cognitive impairment, cognitive decline enough to affect cognitive function and daily life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consciousness disorders, delirium, etc. cause the above symptoms; 2. Exclusion of severe cardiopulmonary diseases and non-cooperation with researchers.
