Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. The clinical symptoms and signs of patients with cerebral infarction within 72 hours of onset should conform to the WHO definition of stroke; 3. Cases that need to be diagnosed as ischemic stroke by CT or MRI scan, including cerebral thrombosis (atherosclerosis), cerebral embolism (arterial or cardiogenic cerebral embolism) and lacunar infarction; 4. Patients with modified Rankin Scale (MRS) < 2 before onset; 5. Patients willing and able to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with life expectancy <=1 year; 2. Patients with advanced tumor and dementia.
