Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurse group: 1. At least half a year long regular night shift, clear day rest, at least 6 hours of night work, and still on duty; There were no other nervous system diseases; 2. No antidepressants or sleep regulating drugs were taken; 3. Informed consent. 4. Right handedness; Stroke group: 1. first stroke; 2. Two weeks after ischemic stroke, the condition was stable; 3. right handedness; 4. clear mind; normal listening and understanding function; no neuromuscular junction disease; no neurodegenerative disease; no obvious respiratory system infection before and after the onset; no chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, serious or multiple organ dysfunction; no obvious nasopharynx, oropharynx and oral diseases; 5. Brain MRI was performed in stroke patients (T1, T2, DWI, flair, fMRI); 6. No sedative, hypnotic, antianxiety, antidepressant or other drugs that can cause the excitability change of the central nervous system were taken for 7 days or more; 7. sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anxiety and depression; 2. Insomnia was excluded; 3. The normal subjects were excluded to stay up late frequently; 4. There are brain injury, stroke, migraine and other neurological diseases;
