Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute myocardial infarction inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction (including NSTEMI and STEMI) and whose attack time was within 24 hours; 2. Patients who have no previous history of myocardial infarction and had not been treated by coronary intervention at the time of admission; 3. Patients with obvious coronary artery lesions confirmed by coronary angiography before discharge; 4. Aged 45-70 years male; 5. Patients who have been informed of the content of the experiment and signed the informed consent. Atherosclerosis inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnosis of atherosclerosis; 2. There is no history of acute myocardial infarction; 3. Aged 45-70 years male; 4. Patients who have been informed of the content of the experiment and signed the informed consent; Healthy volunteers inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous physical health; 2. Patients with normal physical and chemical examination indexes or abnormal examination indexes but without clinical significance; 3. Patients with full capacity for civil conduct and without mental or major physical diseases; 4. Aged 45-70 years male; 5. Patients who have been informed of the content of the experiment and signed the informed consent.

Patients with major diseases such as tumors and infectious diseases; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases and major mental diseases; 5. Patients who are participating in clinical studies of other drugs; 6. Other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in the clinical study. Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other chronic history; 2. Patients with acute diseases in the pre study screening stage; 3. patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the past 3 months; 4. In the study, it was found that there were any unsuitable cases.
