Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the ages of 20 and 40 years (including 20 and 40 years old), within 6 months after delivery; 2. Diagnosed HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients; 3. Patients who did not use IFNs or thymosin within 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Peg-IFN alpha-2a combined with TDF treatment group excluded patients with breastfeeding needs; 2. Patients with cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma and other tumors; 3. Patients combined with other causes of liver disease (HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, alcoholic liver disease, genetic metabolic liver disease, etc.); 4. Patients with HIV infection or other immunodeficiency diseases; 5. With a serious history of mental illness, especially depression, or a family history of mental illness. Severe mental illness is defined as severe depression or mental illness, suicide attempt, hospitalization due to mental illness, or a period of incapacitation due to mental illness; 6. Patients with diabetes, autoimmune diseases and other organ dysfunction or failure; patients with other serious complications (infection, hepatic encephalopathy, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver and kidney syndrome, etc.); unable to comply with the study arrangement and sign informed Consent; 7. Other patients who are contraindicated in paclooxine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate instructions; 8. Those who cannot regularly return to the hospital for follow-up visits and follow-up as per the study plan; 9. Other situations not suitable for inclusion in the group judged by the researchers.
