Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Trial 1: Web-based training and Didactic training in the prediction of histology for colorectal lesions by trainees using the NICE classification: a randomized controlled trial 1. no experience of image enhancement endoscopy; 2. ability of the web browser to display the Link in Fujifilm Endoscope; 3. understand and comply with the protocol of trial. Trial 2: Web-based training and Didactic training in the prediction of histology for colorectal lesions by trainees using the JNET classification: a randomized controlled study. 1. no experience of image enhancement endoscopy; 2. ability of the web browser to display the Link in Fujifilm Endoscope; 3. understand and comply with the protocol of trial. Trial 3: Effects of Training and Feedback on Accuracy of Predicting colorectal Lesions and Selection of Interventions by trainees using the JNET classification: a randomized controlled study. 1. with experience of colonoscopy; 2. with naive experience of image enhancement endoscopy; 3. ability to using image enhancement endoscopy in clinical work; 4. never attended any Workshop focused on the JNET classification; 5. understand and comply with the protocol of trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trial 1: Web-based training and Didactic training in the prediction of histology for colorectal lesions by trainees using the NICE classification: a randomized controlled study (1) Cannot comply with the protocol of training; (2) Pregnancy or lactation. Trial 2: Web-based training and Didactic training in the prediction of histology for colorectal lesions by trainees using the JNET classification: a randomized controlled study. (1) Cannot comply with the protocol of training; (2) Pregnancy or lactation. Trial 3: Effects of Training and Feedback on Accuracy of Predicting colorectal Lesions and Selection of Interventions by trainees using the JNET classification: a randomized controlled study. (1) Cannot comply with the protocol of training; (2) Pregnancy or lactation.
