Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 65; (2) Hip replacement patients; (3) Estmated operation duration will be 60 minutes or more; (4) Subjects agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Gene deficiency disease; (2) History of opioid abuse; (3) Medication (such as carbamazepine, quinidine, ketoconazole, etc.)used within 4 weeks before opration; (4) Patients with peripheral neuropathy and mental history, chronic pain and long term history of opioid use; (5)Poor condition of the body, affecting pain assessment; (6) Patients who do not cooprtate or cannot comunicate.
