18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years old patient with knee osteoarthritis of hip osteoarthritis; 2. unilateral total hip or total knee arthroplasty; 3. preoperative blood examination of hemoglobin, platelet and coagulation function; 4. negative results of color Doppler ultrasound in both lower extremities; 5. informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The diagnosis of hypertensives with congestive heart failure has been diagnosed with DVT, PE; the foot of the patient has a lesion such as gangrene, severe deformity, dermatitis and recent skin transplanters; patients with non-communication with mental disorders such as speech and cognitive disorders.
