Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving intensive care in the intensive care unit; 2. Random blood glucose >=7.8mmol/L; 3. Informed consent, volunteer to be tested.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. shock patient; 2. have been involved in other clinical trials.
