Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects were over 18 years old and diagnosed with PAH, including PAH in who group 1 (diagnosis of idiopathic or familial PAH (including PAH related to appetite inhibitor / toxin use), PAH related to congenital systemic pulmonary shunt, or collagen vascular disease)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Absolute contraindications: (1) Acute myocardial infarction (within 2 days); (2) Uncontrolled unstable angina; (3) Uncontrolled arrhythmia leads to hemodynamic instability; (4) Acute endocarditis; (5) Symptomatic severe coarctation of the aorta; (6) Decompensated heart failure; (7) Acute pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infarction or deep vein thrombosis; (8) Acute myocarditis or pericarditis; (9) Acute aortic dissection; (10) Disabled people have potential safety hazards or can not fully complete the exercise test. 2. Relative contraindications: (1) Stenosis of the left main coronary artery was known; (2) Moderate to severe aortic stenosis was associated with uncertain symptoms; (3) Uncontrolled ventricular tachycardia; (4) Acquired high or complete atrioventricular block; (5) Severe hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (high pressure difference in resting outflow tract); (6) Recent stroke or transient ischemic attack; (7) Those who are difficult to cooperate with; (8) Resting blood pressure > 200 / 110mmhg; (9) Uncorrected clinical problems such as severe anemia, electrolyte disorders, and hyperthyroidism. 3. WHO group 2 pH / WHO group 3 PH /WHO group 5 pH/WHO group 4.
