Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer patients diagnosed by histopathology; 2. Breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization or subclavian vein catheterization chemotherapy; 3. aged >18 years old, ECOG score 0-2 points; 4. the main organ function is acceptable (bone marrow, heart, liver, lung, kidney, etc.); 5. the life expectancy is greater than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rivaroxaban allergy; 2. non-breast cancer patients; 3. patients with thrombolytic or anticoagulant therapy;Patients with active bleeding tendency, hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, or hypersplenism; 4. important organ function is incomplete or serious heart disease patients, including: congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension, etc.; 5. breast cancer combined with other types of malignant tumors; 6. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 7. patients without signed informed consent.
