Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged >=45 years; 2. Cognitive function evaluation: (1) In the normal control group, MMSE > 27, MoCA >=26, ADL =23 points, meeting the diagnostic criteria of dementia; 3. Patients with reliable caregivers who can accompany them to the research center to complete necessary research procedures; 4. Patients willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with consciousness disorder caused by any reason; 2. Patients with definite history of stroke and definite angiopathy (stroke focus) confirmed by imaging; 3. Patients with severe aphasia or physical disability or hearing or visual impairment who cannot complete neuropsychological examination; 4. Mental illness patients; 5. Patients with history of alcoholism and drug addiction, or cognitive impairment caused by traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, encephalitis, normal intracranial pressure hydrocephalus and other neurological diseases; 6. Patients with other systemic diseases that may lead to dementia, such as liver and kidney dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiency.
