Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had chest and upper abdomen CT scan, brain MRI and whole-body radionuclide bone imaging or tumor PETCT whole-body scan within one week before operation; 2. All patients underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer (including lobectomy + systemic lymphadenectomy), and NSCLC was confirmed by postoperative pathology; 3. Those patients who meet the clinical diagnosis of stage I non-small cell lung cancer according to the latest international non-small cell lung cancer staging system (National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines, 3rd Edition: non-small cell lung cancer staging).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The diameter of tumor was more than 4cm; 2. The minimum diameter of hilar (inner) and mediastinal lymph nodes was more than 1 cm; 3. There is clinical evidence of suspected intrapulmonary or extrapulmonary distant metastasis; 4. Patients who received neoadjuvant treatment before operation, including chemotherapy and / or radiotherapy. 5. Patients with a history of tuberculosis or other malignancies; 6. Patients who did not meet the criteria of systemic lymphadenectomy (i.e. 10-14 groups of ipsilateral operation, 2-4 and 7-9 groups of right operation, 4-9 groups of left operation) could not be included; 7. Patients with multiple or repeated lung cancer; 8. Postoperative lymph node pathology was diagnosed as a special type of infection or other lymphadenopathy; 9. Patients with incomplete clinicopathological data or whose preoperative examination does not meet the time requirements.
