18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy people without systemic diseases; 2. Patients with cervical spondylosis; 3. People who don't have strenuous exercise in the past week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Patients with non primary disease, fracture caused by external force of cervical spine, falling pillow, etc; 3. Pregnant or lactating people; 4. Patients with serious chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with important system dysfunction; 5. Patients with skin damage, ulceration, local infection, etc; 6. Patients who take part in strenuous exercise in the past week.
