18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hyperuricemia diagnosed of CKD with Creatinine Clearance rate beyond 30ml/min/1.73m2 or patients with hyperuricemia diagnosed AKI by NKF-K/DOQI Clinical Practice Guideline were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. malignant cancer; 2. sever heart, liver, brain or other organs dysfunction, shock, dehydration and being receiving emergent dialysis or kidney replacement treatment; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. mental illness that cannot cooperate; 5. no fixed place to work that easy to lost.
