3 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 3 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to undergo clinical data registration or transthoracic echocardiography; 2. Those who can not cooperate with the examination of transthoracic echocardiography or venous blood collection; 3. There are contraindications for head MRI examination or can not cooperate with the completion of MRI examination. 4. With medical history of central nervous system organic diseases; 5. With history of severe heart diseases such as heart failure, arrhythmia,ventricular septal defect or other congenital heart diseases.
