18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia mechanical ventilation for diabetic patients, the main major surgery for non-cardiac surgery, the estimated operation time is more than 2 hours, 18 years old and above, BMI 15~28kg/m2, ASA 1~3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient rejection; 2. arrhythmia, valvular disease, severe cardiac insufficiency (heart function > 2, significant valvular regurgitation, EF < 50%); 3. patients with preoperative pulmonary infection or complicated with severe lung disease Or have a history of lobectomy; 4. severe obesity.
