Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. a diagnosis of spinal cord injury that is confirmed by CT or MRI, primary injury and presented clinical evidence (American Spinal Injury Association--ASIA C or D); 2. aged 18 to 50 years; 3. vital signs are stable and in phase of chronic spinal cord Injury; 4. willing to undergo regular follow-up and related evaluation; 5. be able to decide to enroll and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cognitive problems or cannot cooperate with rehabilitation training; 2. contraindications of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as intracranial metal, intracranial pressure rise, heart disease, patients with pacemaker; 3. use medicine that change the excitability of the cerebral cortex (antiepileptic drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, etc.).
