Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: nonspecific low back pain lasted more than 3 months,lumbar hyperextension, rotation or roll over aggravated low back pain, without symptoms and signs associated the lumbar nerve root, and the drug and physical therapy did not work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumors, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation system dysfunction, local and systemic infections, history of lumbar surgery, psychosocial disorders
