Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 60 patients with septic shock and 20 adult healthy volunteers. Diagnostic criteria: The 2014 guidelines for septic shock 1. With definite infection; 2. With systemic inflammatory response; 3. When systolic blood pressure is lower than 90 mmHg or the original base is reduced by 40 mmHg, it can't be recovered or need vasoactive drugs to maintain 1 hour after fluid resuscitation; 4. It may be accompanied by hypoperfusion of organs and tissues, such as urine volume less than 30ml / h, or acute disturbance of consciousness; blood culture may have pathogenic microorganisms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have serious arrhythmias such as ventricular fibrillation; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with brain death; 3. Patients with severe multiple organ failure; 4. Patients with peripheral arterial disease such as thromboangiitis obliterans.
